Application Process
We prefer CVs in English, with a maximum of 2 pages in PDF format. A cover letter is not necessary. You should be able to demonstrate English proficiency (B2 or above) and be willing to accept a working time overlap with the CET timezone, as you will collaborate closely with the teams in Switzerland.
Our hiring process includes several steps designed to help you get to know IMTF and for us to get to know you:
- Application Review
- Video Call and/or In-Person Interviews: Usually between 2-3 interviews where you’ll meet the hiring manager and team members.
- Assignment: Depending on the role.
- Offer
Most of our positions can be worked at 80% or 100%, so we no longer mention the employment level. We treat all our candidates equally, regardless of gender, religion, origin, etc.
